Pretty crappy for any gm to back out of an agreed upon deal but to each their own.

Another thing Oakland the price for a rb will obvi be hire for you, because you are inside the division. By me trading a back to you I need to face him twice a year, that costs you more, then shipping him outside the division. Does everything need to be explained to you.

Do you really think 1.17, 1.23, chi 1st and chi 2nd is the same value as 1.15, Cin 1st, KC 1st, KC 2nd, HOU 2nd, and WAS 3rd? Or do you think Charles is worth more than McCoy? Doesn't matter if he got a better deal if you agreed to this for Charles then you must of been ok with it.

Yeah Al, I guess I am kinda in the minority on it but I certainly would say 2 2014 picks and a 2015 pick is worth more than a 2014 pick and 2 2015 picks. As we see here you never know what could happen during the year. KC could blow up his team and rebuild, or he could think he has another year to compete and he could sell out for one last year and his picks are late first rounders. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

I never said you did need to pass anything by me. Honestly I give you props for almost pulling that deal off. You woulda been sitting beautifully for a rebuild.

That's the funny part. Just checked the email. 23 hours ago you said and I'm quoting "Lets do it" and in another message right after you said Np thank you too... I think its a good deal for both. I'd never do it if I wasn't so loaded with picks. so unless you have issues with memory you did accept our deal.

Placement of the picks is everything though... And you can't forget the extra 2nd and 3rd I gave. My 2014 was slightly higher than 1.17, so its 1.23 vs KC 1st. I think some would take KC 1st. Your 1st and Cincys are a wash, although after your trade id rather have Cincy's (no offense Cincy . Then you have yours and Houstons 2nd which are also a wash, leaving KC 2nd and WAS 3rd. I actually value Charles and McCoy equally and KC was fully aware of that.

Oakland I don't care at all what you value. What you value has zero and I mean zero effect on what I value. So while you have an opinion and that is great, I could care less. I did what I wanted and what I felt was best for the team. Period. What you did was wrong. Plain and simple. Do you care to comment at all at those quotes

Don't mind a discussion like this at all, just remember to keep it as respectful as possible and no direct name calling.

Not a problem. Don't think it had crossed any lines yet, just wanted to make it stayed that way.

I'm not even discussing what you value KC... I was really discussing with Bears. I'm not denying I accepted the deal in pm but the fact of the matter is that things changed when you posted the bears trade, and whether its right or wrong, nothing said in pm really matters. Its not official til you accept on the board. You also can't deny that you were trying to convince me that you were contending this year. I get it that you're pissed... I would be too, but I think you know you were trying to pull a fast one on me, and you would have succeeded if you just woulda waited for me to post before posting the bears trade. You pretty much tricked me fair and square and I got out the dirty way, I know that and I'm sorry it had to be that way. Its not my style, but this was a huge trade and I just couldn't do it knowing I had a perfectly legal way out. It was almost a masterful plan and I envy that. It seriously woulda been genius if you pulled it off, nut I couldn't let it happen at my expense, especially with you in my division.

Wow... I hadn't read that the bears trade was withdrawn yet... That only further confirms that I was getting screwed at both of their benefits. Chiefs were only giving bears a good deal because he knew it would increase the value of the picks I was trading him, therefore making my trade a pile of shit and the bears a bargain... I smell quite the division rivalry brewing.
