Tennessee accepts. We get exactly what we were looking for in picks and young players with good contracts. I will miss Dixon but not a 100% sold on him yet and too good of a deal for me to pass on. Thank you Green Bay and good luck this year.
*Proposed and Accepted on MFL.

The Packers accept with this post. I am huge fan of Dixon and I hoping that the new OC in Baltimore feels the same way. Jonathan Williams has talent, but he buried on the depth chart, so I am willing to take my chances that his talent will work to get him more playing time. Strong is in battle with Braxton Miller for the #3 WR, but I also think that he is a talented player that could be given more opportunities on a deep depth chart. Spence is splitting time at LB. Although he is on a 1yr NFL deal, his DC in Tenn likes him. Flowers is another talented guy that I believe can help strengthen a DL position that I will lose players to with expiring contracts. With a proven Duke Johnson going for a 1st and 2nd, I was willing to step it up for Dixon that hasn't had a chance to flash yet. Overall, the two first and two seconds, along with a starting kicker (hard to get) and a lot of young players with RFA that can reap draft picks gives the Titans an opportunity to build a strong team quickly.
The salary difference is:
Titans +$341,000 Packers -$341,000
Thanks to the Titans for the discussion and a couple of counter offers to get this deal accepted.
AFC look out...the Titans will be a force in the near future!!!
