Browns offer 2 yrs @ 2,000,000
Chris Hogan was given higher tender and longer contract at 2,300,000 for 4yrs. I see a 2 yr deal with a player Dallas will look to replace sooner or later as a fair offer.

Not sure Hogan has the same history/performance record as Williams...so not an accurate comparison at all.
Like the fact that it's a 2-year offer, which significantly helps toward a hometown discount, however the numbers speak for themselves. I maintain that value of a WR falls within specific ranges, with Williams perhaps falling into the #3.6 Mil - $5.4 Mil range.

Browns offer 2 yrs @ 3,250,000 Its what Marvin Jones a similar player signed for last year on a three year deal. As this is a two year deal I think it seems fair.
