The Green Bay Packers offer Ryan Griffin a 3 yr @ $765,000/yr contract.
Under Bill O'Brien, the Texans have had the fewest or second fewest receptions by a tight end in each of the last two years. Due to this, Griffin has easily finished out of the top 25 TE's the past two years.

Definitely believe this is an extremely low offer as he regained the starting position once he got past his injury. Being a starter at at such a limited position alone deserves more imo...however, since past performance does play a major part, I'll approve.
