Am I safe to assume that the Dolphins would surrender pick 3.07?

I can't find anything in the rules that says which pick you get. If I have to choose I'd go with the 3.24 since that's my middle pick in the round.
Can we get a rule clarification or TAB ruling here? It's my first RFA in this league.

Okay OZ and Jason,
As I've reviewed the rules, there is nothing there to suggest one way or another. What remains is common practice, mostly gained from the awarding of 1st round picks for TT bidding. This practice is as I suggested above, that the surrendered pick is at the discretion of the person surrendering the pick.
However, because this is not set in stone as it specifically refers to RFA's - If the two of you don't mind (as it subsequently will affect the rest of the league as well as we move forward), since Packers have retained the ROFR, the two of you should discuss the pick in question.
This appears to be the best solution as to insure the Packers rights, whether or not they agree to match or to decline.

Thanks for the clarification.
I will keep with the RFA practice and choose the pick. I will offer my 3.24. This is neither my highest not lowest pick in the round. Since I'm seriously rebuilding I need all the help I can get with picks, but I feel it would be rude to offer my 3.32.
Dolphins offer the 3.24 as compensation.

The Green Bay Packers have decided to match the Miami Dolphins offer.
I have seen free agency for starting LB's and $1.70M/yr is not that bad.

Respectable, if regrettable, decision. Thanks for your patience.
