The Broncos are not near as high on Rhodes, as we are on Slay, however, we still would like to keep him on the team for a while, for use in nickel and dime packages.
Using the same formula as we did for Slay, we will be using David Amerson and Ryan Logan as our comps. Without the potential that we see in Slay, we judge Rhodes solely on his past performance remaining the same. If Amerson and Logan, who are better CBs, signed four yr contracts at 2M and 1.7M, we feel that we can fairly offer Rhodes a contract of 4 years at $1.5M.
