McDougald finished well as a 1st year starter (not ranked in top 32), but did receive negative commentary.
Bengals recently re-signed Tony Jefferson ($2.3 Mil) who ranked 23rd in ppg last year.
Conti had a better ppg average ranked #21 ($1 Mil)
Colts offer a 4 yr contract @ $1.75 Mil = 2.45 pts

I would say a 2.25m offer is fair similar to the FA Jefferson, 1.75 is a bit low to me for a guy who is set to play just as many snaps this year as last.

I'm ok with this value, don't think he should get paid as much as Jefferson as Jefferson scored more points last year. Good contract

I feel this is a fair deal for a db, perhaps the lowest about is be willing to approve for him but nonetheless pretty good.
