Bengals accept with this post. With Panthers in rebuild mode looking toward the future, Bengals are willing to gamble a little on the here and now in strengthening up our secondary.

I accept. I'm looking to rebuild after a very tough 2013 campaign. The two first rounders will be big in the 2015 draft, and hopefully I can build this organization starting with that draft.

thanks. Minus PS and IR players = 46 players...just waived 4 - now 42 players. MFL is correct, noted and corrected on proboards roster.

Good trades for both sides, works out pretty evenly in regards to win now pieces and the firsts canceling each other out. Will help bengals compete even better with a solid TE in furia and the panthers are going to enjoy the fort rounders I presume.
