I want this trade earmarked the next time there's a lack of value for a starting RB as a reason a trade gets vetoed.
Great value for Colts here, turning two low 2nds into one of the top RBs in a league on a ridiculously cheap contract with RFA status.
Steal.

^^^^^ agree with all that...this is an absolute steal by colts and should now set a new precedent on valuations of starting RB's

So we can now switch out the picks with players drafted...
Colts Get :
RB Stevan Ridley (NE) $780,000 (2013) RFA
Giants Get :
RB Alex Green (GB) $863,000 (2013) RFA Kenny Stills (2015) RFA Zavier Gooden (2015) RFA
It still looks terrible. I'm not sure where Gooden fits in, in Tennessee and I really don't understand Giants strategy. Is he trying to rebuild because he seems to be abandoning a win now strategy with this trade. Stills is a huge wildcard and has upside as every NO receiver does but so did/does Nick Toon. Gooden is talented but he's a Zach Brown clone and Tennesse has 3 young LB's. He could definitely rise to the top but those 2 for Ridley? Not even close. Green is a cap hit waiting to happen. His best chance is to get cut and find another team after an injury.

With players/picks for the most part always being a game of chance (within the game), and depending on individual team goals (short-term win v. dynasty), it really remains to be seen whether this was a worthy trade for the Giants (and the Colts for that matter). Ridley could be "minty" next year and a 1st round pick as compensation doesn't necessarily mean hitting a "home run".
