In light of the vetoes, I think I would approve this one.
At first it does seem a bit much, but after thinking about it, moving into the top five should cost quite a bit, and if the Eagles is trying to get something while gaining some cap space, this is certainly the way to do it- Entice one of those magic top 5's with a deal you just can't pass up, and free up @ $2.5 mil in the process.
I would approve.
