Saints give
Thomas Decoud (S - ATL) -- $2,400,000 (2014)
Saints accept; we've signed a couple of guys to replace Decoud in FA and Giants meet the asking price.

For the most part it is understandable that comp picks aren't recognized until the draft. Here however, Giants have already been awarded a 3rd round comp pick. So it seems that it can be traded. |

I didn't know comp picks had already been awarded. Is there somewhere that we can see the list of what was given to who?

That's the thing, they haven't been awarded according to key players lost as of yet, so there is no list. There are however a couple of comp picks that have been awarded based on league error. Giants are one of those teams |

I am working on the Comp. Picks at the moment. The only ones given at the moment are because of TAB errors in trades with picks

Not an interpretation, that is what the rule means what in the world???...lol So future means until the draft starts? Why not just say 'until the draft starts?' Honestly - I'm having trouble with that understanding. |

Im not trading a pick I dont have already. This was given to me in February. Do I know the exact position of it? No. I was told it would be at the end of the regular 3rd rd. Its not like its a pick I am HOPING I receive because of a free agent I lose. It isnt a future pick either. The Saints asked for ANY 3rd rd pick and thats what I gave him. Doesnt seem like anyone else wanted to give one up and I personally didnt really want to either.
