I accept with this post. Pretty simple trade, I think Jeffrey will turn into the better WR and Bengals thinks Hankerson has the opportunity to be the better player. I added in a 2014 4th to make up for the extra year on Jeffrey's contract.

Bengals accept. As Bears said, could go either way. We hope that Hankerson will be rejoining our organisation, of course dependent upon a successful outcome of pending trade. He is in his 2nd yr. and should become a well polished route runner next year.
