Bengals accept with this post. I really like the possibility of Simpson being a decent WR2, but this isn't the year with the passing game struggling. Hopefully Jones can continue through the season with decent numbers. In any case, Vikes rid themselves of a high contract and pick up $4.2 MIL in cap for building next year.

Vikings accept...I do think the Vikes are getting a great team together, Simpson will be part of that but He and Ponder have not gotten it together yet(partly because Simpson has missed some games)...Smith will be cap relief and McIntyre will be added depth to our LB corps.
