Vincent Rey (LB-CIN) $1.7 MIL (2015)

Basically a trade of back-up LB's. Rey is currently 2nd on the depth chart behind Burflict, Jones is 3rd on the depth chart starting because of 2 injuries. May be a slim hope, but hoping he does enough to earn the starting job.
