So let me see if I'm seeing this right....Lions aren't really competing this year but are willing to accept Chung on a 1-yr contract, a displaced 3rd WR in Ogletree, a back-up LB, and a 3-yr $1 Mil dead contract in exchange for Avril.

Looks as though Lions are paying Jags to take Avril to me (scratches head) and shooting themselves in the foot if they think Ogletree in an upgrade over Avril. In any case if Lions think it will help them so be it.
