believe it or not Chris i got caught out the same way and took the penalty so until the rule is implemented u will have to take the penalty too

Don't mind paying the penalty. Just didn't think I should of lost my draft pick as well. Steep price for a rule that is now changed and blowing the cap by $32,000 cause the guy I waived was only 4 hours prior to my pick.
