I would feel comfortable with this offer is BJGE was a back-up. Additionally, monetarily it could possibly work for me if you were attempting to sign him to a 2 year contract. As it stands, the Patriots use of a difficult RBBC situation may taint the perception of him being a lead back. Not that it would take a lot more, but I would like to see an offer that at least reflects that of a lead back.

I agree for the most part with Bengals. Even though I personally don't believe we have to follow free agency money from this league, this is still much too under for a player. Let's say BJGE, who starts for the Bengals, compares favorably with guys like Benson. Obviously these guys are valuable and need to be payed because they are lead backs. Even Sproles got 6m and he wasn't even seemingly going to get any time. This needs a rework, and I'll give you a hint. To me it needs to be a pretty significant improvement to approve.

The relevant comparables for me are: Bradshaw - $15M Deangelo - $12M Benson - $10.5M Addai - $8.5M Bush - $8M Sproles - $6M Ronnie Brown - $4.7M Marion Barber - $4M Brandon Jackson - $2.75M Cadillac Williams - $2.5M Slaton - $1.6M Brian Leonard - $1.5M Chester Taylor - $1.5M
You can argue that many of these are overpriced, as I would. You could argue that the law firm is among the worst starting RBs in the league right now (to which I'd reply, try being a Packers fan).
But I don't think you can plausibly argue that he is worth less than Brandon Jackson and Caddy were this time last year. Even Sproles and Barber had less significant roles going into the season.
I'm probably one of the least likely to veto of the TAB -- my rule is if I can see a scenario where it could be a far deal, I approve. I can't see it here.

BJGE 6 M @ 3 years
This is a good value for a lead back with the bengals... I dont think he is in the same category as the guys who are being payed almost 10 M or more so this my offer, thanks.

Approve (1-0). I concur -- not necessary to be in the $10M league IMHO.
