Isn't the increase supposed to be at least 100 k?

Entering his 4th year, it isn't like he doesn't contribute. In fact his numbers are pretty decent for a DL...I would at least place the salary somewhere in the range of a decent, maybe average DL... Veto (1-1)

Amendola got approved for 1.2 Mil I can't give a backup DT anything close to a starting WR. Amendola missed 2011 with a Triceps tear its not like a knee injury. He caught 70 something balls the year before and has good chemistry with Bradford.

Amendola is on his way out and I would be surprised if he was stl #3.

Even as a back-up he'll be getting time in that rotation and will put up some numbers. It doesn't have to be millions but it needs to be more that this, veto (1-2)

35 tckls and 5 sacks. If this was a prove it 1-2 yr deal I would accept, but since he is young and you want him locked up for 4 years you have to pay him a bit more.
Veto (1-3)

Raiders Tender Desmond Bryant 4yrs @ $750,000 = 4.8 pts
Remember Bryant is a back up and he played more last year due to Shaughnessy being out all season. Even when Shaughnessy went down he was still a rotational player only. He is simply depth and I would be tickled to death if he repeated last years performance. There's not alot of potential upside here, especially after the raiders used a draft pick on DL Jack Crawford. Bryant had a good year but is not an elite talent and that's why he went undrafted 3 years ago.
