He's a 1 trick pony. Kickoff specialist and occasionally a 3rd down back. With the ridiculous kickoff rule changes, Howling isn't the fantasy player he once was (which wasn't anything special to begin with). If he latches back on in AZ, he'll be 3rd on the charts at best with Williams returning.
