New England will send Tre'Quan Smith (WR- N.O.) - 2021- $916k | 2022- $916k & Pick #2.19 to Pittsburgh, in return


Pittsburgh has agreed to send OTC which is Pick #2.16 to New England. 



cap diff = +/- 0.916
