The Buffalo Bills & Detroit Lions have agree on a trade.
Bills send:
J.D. McKissic (WAS) $540,000 (2022)
Lions send:
Damien Williams (KCC) 20/$900,000, 21/$7,000,000 & 22/$7,000,000
Williams has opted-out for the 2020 season due to Covid 19, however the Lions did not extend his contract, therefore he is eligible to be traded. The Bills are looking for a longer term solution at RB. We currently have enough at Running Back to allow us to trade an active pass catching RB like McKissic for a proven three down RB that will probably be in a timeshare with Edwards-Helaire next year. It a risk that I've decided to take. Thanks Nate for the easy deal.
