49ers need a QB for the season, we are gonna throw a dart at Foles. Given Bears experiences, we think he's got half a season of starts in him hopefully. We were definitely mindful of what the waiver percentage was before making deal, but we are willing to take a late draft throw at Foles and solidify other needs on our barren roster with earlier draft capital.
