There's a story about when Peyton was with the Colts. They gave the backups basically no reps. When asked why, the OC said "if '18' goes down, we're f***ed. And we don't practice f***ed."
My path for victory this season, and likely for the near future, is narrow and likely doesn't go through Tayson Hill at QB. So if I can get an LB I liked when he came out and could retain for 2020 (when I have no returning LBs), I'm giving it a shot (even though my path likely doesn't go through JRM either). Proposed on MFL.
