Going to hold this thread for Admin input. Here's the issue: McCrane was waived earlier this year with a previous RFA contract expiring in 2019. Although I cannot find it in the Rules, I believe it was supposed to be added to include that players that have been signed to a previous RFA contract cannot/does not qualify for a second RFA contract. Trade is processed, however RFA status is in need of confirmation

Also that would make no sense as we look to be as close as possible with in reason of NFL but they are allowed to sign a waived UDFA to an RFA later in the year. Unless I missed an NFL rule or something.

I agree. I think McCrane should be eligible for a second RFA contract.
