Placing Transition Tag on Aaron Rodgers.

Sorry, but Rodgers is not eligible for the Transition Tag even if it had been posted on time. In 2017, the GM of the Packers franchised tagged Rodgers for the 3rd time. According to the rules, "The same player may be tagged a maximum of 3 seasons in a row." Rodgers will have to be a free agent this year. You can certainly win him back in free agency if you want to go after him.
