The Raiders currently hold the #3 Seed over the Browns (#4) by virtue of "strength of victory".

#5 - Los Angeles Chargers (5-3)
#6 - Houston Texans (5-3)
Conference win % broke the tie between the Texans and Colts.
In the Hunt
#7 - Buffalo Bills (5-3)
#8 - Indianapolis Colts (5-3)
#9 - New England Patriots (5-3)
Bills lead by virtue of "win % in common games" which broke the tie, followed by the Colts winning the "conference win %" over the Patriots.

Wow!...Colts and Ravens still in the running in the AFC. Amazing...considering that Indy has not made any effort to compete this season and the Ravens have been busy trying to tank games.
