Two AFC East competitors have agreed on a rare trade.  Our franchises are going in different directions right now.  The Bills in a win now direction and the Jets in a rebuild for the future direction.  

Buffalo Bills send:
S Da'Norris Searcy (TEN) $1,500,000 (2019)
2018 3rd BUF

New York Jets send:
DE Ezekiel Ansah (DET) DE $1,390,000 (2017)

The Bills need a strong DE to pair with Demarcus Lawrence in our push for the AFC North title.  Ansah is a stud when healthy and should fit the need perfectly.  Searcy is a quality young SS that I like a lot, but he's now stuck behind Cyprien in Tennessee at least for now.   I'll give up Searcy and a late 3rd for the chance that Ansah regains his Top 10 DE form this year.  Thanks Nate and good luck

I accept. Ansah is a FA after the year and searcy gives me some control, with a pick. I like Ansah a lot but doesn't fit my future
