As we're are just around the corner from K/O...Please make sure you have checked in and that your rosters are up to date...again, I would hate for anyone to receive a penalty and/or lose a player they have signed. You can check in here if you haven't:

Further, it appears that we need to weigh-in on how to handle the Bucs/Dolphins opening week, since it has been delayed.

Making a suggestion, specifically toward those teams who have players on either/both teams, it seems the outcome of their week one's games will have to be subject to change...Not sure if this thought is completely carried out, but would like to know other's thoughts...

We need to just treat the Buccaneers/Dolphins game as a Week 1 Bye. We do it that way in the middle of the season. It's the simplest and fairest way to handle this natural disaster for all. I'm just warning all GMs in other leagues that I manage that they need to make sure that any players from either the Bucs or Dolphins are out of their lineups this week.

i feel treating bucs and fins as a week one bye was my initial response to the news. Moving results from week 11 to week one would leave teams in limbo as to whether they are in playoff contention that late in the season and would be a more complicated solution

Makes more sense and seems easier to just make Miami and Tampa week 1 byes and not 11 now. Teams gain the players back week 11 and just lose them week 1 everyone's got a bye and a week 1 bye is easier to replace then 11 so shouldn't be any fall back.

I'm probably one of the most affected, as I have Winston at QB. I just treated it as a week 1 bye, no biggie.
