Houston Texans Trade: Dion Lewis $1,500,000 (2020) Cordarrelle Patterson $2,321,000 (2017) 2017 1.5 2017 2.31
Washington Redskins Trade: Amari Cooper $3,000,000 (2019) Todd Gurley $2,850,000 (2019)
I accept this deal. I am making a run at the title this year while trying to set my team up for years to come. I have a LOT of FA next year and just didn't see anyone that stood out to me at 1.5. Washington can use the pick to get a much needed QB. I love both of these players and this get's me back to where I was before trading Bell for Brady and 1.5. I hate to give up the other picks and Lewis but I feel the return is worth it. Nice dealing Washington and good luck!
Proposed on MFL.

On behalf of the redskins i accept.
Skins needs a QB. Skins have depth at WR to trade Cooper and while Lewis isnt the starter in new england he will score points which allows me time to focus on the other area of need for this team. Skins get a filler WR and an extra pick in this years deep draft

Approve (1-0) While this is not a great return for the Skins on Gurley & Cooper in my opinion, they have the depth at WR & RB to make this deal work. If they get a quality long-term QB solution with Pick 1.05 then the trade makes long-term sense for the franchise. It's a risk, but a calculated on made by two seasoned GMs.

Im not a fan of this deal at all. I dont think the Redskins get nearly enough back for two key pieces. Lewis is currently on the roster bubble, and Paterson is whatever. Is a 1.5 and a 2.31 enough for Cooper and Gurley? I personally dont think so, and I dont think its even close.
Veto 1-1

Veto 1-2 I would do this deal if I was the Redskins for one of those players, but not to give up both. Cooper is a top 12 dyntasy option and Gurley isn't far behind. Imo this trade isn't even close to being able to pass. This one needs a lot of work

Agreed, one of these players makes sense, not both.
