By the way, really liked Raiders' pick for Sylvester Williams. In the 4th round, he's truly a solid value pick. According to DLF, he's the #1 fantasy DT and I think so as well just based on the scheme and comments made about him. I don't think 1st rounders make it to the 4th often in here.

Yeah, it seems like Raiders just went down the ESPN rankings and started taking highly ranked players who fell regardless of position. Could be a good strategy for sure.
Where are we at with the draft? I didn't think we paused the draft for skipped picks in the 4th?

We are waiting a trade to be passed, Eagles pick is skipped but we won't be letting TAB decide but it will be forfeited should no pick be submitted by the end of the draft

Trade has been passed 3-0. That's why I'm wondering what we're doing moving forward. Thanks man.

Trade has been passed 3-0. That's why I'm wondering what we're doing moving forward. Thanks man. When I posted that, trade was still in process of being voted. We did not pause draft for Laura's skipped pick; we paused for OTC pick to be voted on. When it passed, Buccs had 8 hours to pick. So basically Buccs OTC until 3:29 PM EST

Looking back there were certainly some surprises both good and bad, but figured I would throw out some of the top rookies performers and how they did.
Studs 1. Eddie Lacy Drafted by Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1.02 -- With 330.5 pts he was the #1 rookie producer in our league. Largely questioned for taking a Lacy this high after pre draft questions surrounding Lacy's fitness and durability, Bucs went with the highest rated(or homer) pick and never looked back. Great pick!
2. Kiko Alonso Drafted by Oakland Raiders 1.29 -- Many peoples highest Rated LB, Raiders was in the right place at the right time and nabbed a top 10 LB. With 294 points total Alonso was the 2nd highest scoring rookie. While he faded a bit towards the end of the year, ALonso has all the makings of a perennial top LB.
3. Leveon Bell Drafted by Jacksonville Jaguars 1.05 -- Initially slowed by injuries and a Pittsburgh Offense stuck in the mud, Bell overcame these difficulties to finish #3 in rookie scoring with 283.9 points. With 45 receptions for 399 yds Bell showed he had plenty to offer in both the passing and running game.
4. Giovanni Bernard Drafted by Chicago Bears 1.07 -- The first HB taken off the board in the RL 2013 Draft Bernard spent much of 2013 sharing the load with a slowing BJGE who increasingly showed he was losing his burst. With more opportunities Bears is confident that Bernard will prove to pass the 280.4 pts had in his rookie year in the next year or two. Explosiveness in the pass game and on outside runs expect Bernard to be a big play threat every time he touches the ball.
5. Alec Ogletree Drafted by Miami Dolphins 1.19 -- Coming off a highly touted senior season Dolphins made Ogletree the 2nd LB to be taken off the board in the Dynasty Draft. Showing speed and playmaking ability in both the run(6 FF's) and pass game(9 deflections) Ogletree has quickly established himself as a force in St. Louis already stacked D. Sharing the 2nd level with fellow tackle machine Laurinaitis, Ogletree still put up 118 tackles. His 276.5 points may be a ceiling as long as he plays next to Laurinaitis, but it is a real nice ceiling to have.
6. Zac Stacy Drafted by Jacksonville Jaguars 1.17 -- Jags summed it up in his Draft comments "Stud". Another slow starter because of injuries and backfield uncertainty, Stacy picked up 256.25 of 256.9 points in the final 12 games. Jags struck gold with his 2 first round picks nailing two of the top 6 rookie scorers, and HB's at that. If Stacy continues to establish himself in St. Louis, and Jags is able to fill some holes with his 2 picks this year his O could start to look scary.
7. Geno Smith Drafted by New Orleans Saints 1.27 -- In what may be a situation of the rich getting richer, Saints, who already has Russel Wilson, picked up Smith and his 240.2 points in the first. But as is the case with NYJ QB's all too often, Smith was incredibly unreliable from game to game. Mixing in 6 games where Smith scored more than 20 points with 7 games where he put up fewer than 10(including 5 games with less than 5 points scored!), Smith displayed attributes to build and some he needs to clean up quick. Helped out by 6 rushing TD's, Smith finished the year 18 TD's to 25 TO's. If he wants to last longer than another year he will need to bring those TO's way down in the future. But if he can do that Saints may have just found himself a top notch backup to Wilson.
8. Keenan Allen Drafted by Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1.15 -- Reportedly thinking of walking away from the game early in the year when his progress up the depth chart was going slow, Allen stuck it out and the RL Chargers and our Bucs have been ecstatic about what he has done. 240.1 pts were enough to make him our #8 rookie. With Route Running already better than the majority of wideouts in the league the sky is the limit for Allen in SD's offense. For Bucs, in what was a hit or miss draft he hit big time on his 2 firsts and made his road back to the playoffs much easier with a hole at WR and HB filled.
9. Jonathan Cyprien Drafted by Chicago Bears 2.01 -- Known for big hits and intensity in college, Cyprien brought those traits to the NFL and made good use of them during his rookie campaign finishing with 102 tackles and 214 points. One area Cyprien does need improvement on is making plays, but if he can be more of a threat for Int's and Sacks he could be one of the best safeties playing in a few years.
10. Mike Glennon Drafted by Carolina Panthers 2.02 -- In what was a much needed pick by Panthers, Glennon came in and delivered solid if unspectacular performances(only 2 games with less than 10 points with 6 above 20 points). Glennon outperformed the 4QB's chosen ahead of him and looks to be a solid building block for a rebuilding Panthers team.

I only have the sixth pick this year actually, but thanks for the comments!

Duds
1. Tyler Wilson Drafted by Denver Broncos 1.12 -- Largely considered to be in the mix for starting duties in Oak, Wilson fizzled in Training Camp and ended up getting cut in favor of UDFA Matt Mcgloin. Now in Tennessee, Wilson will hope he gets another shot at a roster spot during next years training Camp.
2. Matt Barkley Drafted by Pittsburgh Steelers 1.11 -- Expectations were low for this rookie as he entered the year as the #3 QB, but still, with opportunities Barkley showed he wasn't ready for a starting gig yet accumulating just -.7 points. When investing a top 20 pick in a player a bit more is expected when they receive playing time.
3. Arthur Brown Drafted by Cleveland Browns 1.13 -- Heir to Ray Lewis? Let's hope not. Supposed to be one of the top LBs in the draft who would end up falling due to size concerns, Arthur Brown was supposed to step into a starting role with a Ravens squad that's LB core had been decimated. Managing only 33.5 points on the season and never grabbing hold of a starting gig Brown will look to rebound in 2014.
4. Jonathan Franklin Drafted by Indianapolis Colts 1.18 -- Considered by some to be the best back in the class, Franklin was a dark horse to take over starting duties in GB, or at worse to be in a timeshare with Lacy. But a lackluster performance in preseason and when he received game snaps led to Franklin having an ever decreasing role and eventually being put on IR with a concussion. 29.09 points won't cut it for a top 20 pick.
5. Markus Wheaton Drafted by Minnesota Vikings 1.28 -- Much was expected of the speedster out of Oregon in an offense that had lost its #1WR and deep threat to FA. However, a slow start and injuries slowed him down this year when all was said and done Wheaton had accounted for only 27.14 points. Ouch.
6. Aaron Dobson Drafted by Arizona Cardinals 1.10 -- Another rookie WR tabbed for immediate impact everything looked set up for Dobson to have a big rookie campaign. One of the top QB's in the league, a high volume passing offense, and injuries/losses to key pass catchers would lead to lots of snaps. However Dobson had a largely disappointing year collecting 122.9 points, while being passed by UDFA Kenbrell Thompkins at times this year. Shocking the world? Well, I think Cards was shocked by the lack of production from this top 10 pick. Makes it even worse when you realize Keenan Allen could have gone here.
7. Kevin Minter Drafted by Buffalo Bills 1.32 -- Another rookie who had big shoes to fill. This time however they were Daryl Washingtons who was going to miss the first 4 games due to suspension. Minter was supposed to take over the ILB spot during Washingtons suspension, but injuries slowed him down to the point where had only 8 points on the year.
8. Jarvis Jones Drafted by Buffalo Bills 1.30 -- Tagged as the next of the great Pit LB's Jones rookie year was highly inconsistent as he was moved in and out of the starting lineup and accounted for only 81 points on the year.
9. Montee Ball Drafted by Arizona Cardinals 1.03 -- Held back by a resurgent Knowshon Moreno, Montee Ball didn't receive the chances many thought he would in the Broncos offense. Ball did receive more chances as the season went on an should continue to see an increased load through the postseason and into 2014. Still,
10. Tavon Austin Drafted by San Diego Chargers 1.01 -- Wildly disappointing through the first half of the season, Austin did turn some better performances through the second half, until injuries robbed him of the final three games. While 151.19 points isn't too bad, nearly a third of those points were picked up in one game. Things still look up for Austin with improved QB play next year and another year in the league, but his rookie year led many Dynasty Leaguers(*cough* Chargers*cough*) to regret making him their #1 overall pick ahead of players like Lacy, Bell, and Bernard.
