steelers picked at 11:57 CST and its 12:37 CST time now. Shouldn't Houston be on the clock now

@vikes This may be wrong, but you can't jump to conclusions about picks b4 the clock is up. Things may change and the draft clock is there for a reason.

Actually, Vikes is right. The clock has run out on the Skins. The Steelers made their pick, and the Skins were on the clock until 11:57am CST today.
Per the rules, he is skipped, and can pick when he can. Normally, I think the TAB would pick for him, if it goes a couple teams past him. But thats mainly if a team is suspected of being inactive.
Being that you guys are talking a trade, whoever ends up with the pick, can still make the pick anytime they are ready. But know that the clock has run out, Texans are now on the clock, and per the rules the draft will proceed.
Perhaps also let the TAB know via pm more about what is going on.

Thanks, I actually wanted him all along as my second pick. I resisted the urge to trade up for him, hoping, hoping, hoping, and was sure that someone would take him just because I wanted him. LOL
